Headquarters Assn. Selects Paris as Chief

Sanford P. Paris of Paris Industrial Parks has been elected the 1986-87 president of the Los Angeles Headquarters City Assn., succeeding John J. Palermo of Kilroy Industries.
Serving with Paris will be Jay M. Davis of Mitsui Manufacturers Bank and John Whitaker of Lillick, McHose & Charles, vice presidents; William J. Harkness of KB Management Co., treasurer, and Peter Soohoo of Los Angeles Department of Water and Power, secretary.
New board members are William J. Hatch of Metropolitan Structures West Inc., Martin Seaton of Cadillac Fairview U. S. Western Region Inc., and Chris Martin of Albert C. Martin & Associates.
The association states its goal is to address issues at the federal, state and city levels that impact on attracting headquarters companies and retain those already situated in greater Los Angeles.
