Riverside County Homes to Be Built

Construction is expected to begin this month on the first homes in the master-planned community of Alta Murrieta, a 534-acre Rancho California community expected to eventually consist of 2,310 homes, acres of parks, a school site and neighborhood shopping center.

Rancon Realty Fund II is developing the master-planned community in southwestern Riverside County and the Toman Co. of Irvine in partnership with Rancon Realty Fund II is developing the first 200 homes, known as Country Walk.

The Granada Group of Irvine is designing the homes, which will be priced from the mid-$70,000s.
