Women will find Sliwa’s methods easy to implement; men may be unable to watch endless groin kicks, eye pokes, elbow jabs and constant references to “jerks” and “slime.” Additional tips on nonviolently fending off unwanted advances by bosses or co-workers are also useful. A music video-ish intro and ending are silly, at best.
