A boy who says frequent assaults by bullies forced him to switch schools last year filed a $351,000 lawsuit in San Francisco against the former classmates and their school. Fifth-grader Jason Reily, 10, and his mother, Jane Austin, 34, in their Superior Court suit, claim that the school district, teacher and principal failed to enforce the child’s right to a safe, secure and peaceful school.
