Police smashed a narcotics ring that supplied heroin and cocaine from Boston to Philadelphia, arresting 10 people and seizing at least $250,000 worth of drugs and thousands more in cash and jewelry, authorities said Thursday.

Police raided three Chinatown locations and an East Side site Wednesday and shut down a drug-cutting and processing factory, said Lt. David Lynott, who led a four-month investigation of the ring. About $130,000 in cash and thousands of dollars worth of jewelry were also seized, he said.
