Net Income $3.4 Million for Health Care Property

Health Care Property Investors Inc., a Costa Mesa-based real estate investment trust specializing in health care facilities, said second-quarter net income was $3.4 million.

Revenue for the period was $6.4 million.

Comparable data is not available because the company had no operations before its $90-million public offering last May.

For the first six months of the year, the company posted net income of $5.5 million on revenues of $11.9 million.
