U.S. Role in South Africa?
Kudos to Eschel Rhoodie for confirming a phenomenon long apparent to U.S. readers: American editors, mostly white, are, incomprehensibly, so prejudiced against their own race that they are unable to report objectively on events in South Africa, or, for that matter, anywhere else.
By inciting Americans to work toward sanctions and to divest profitable investments in South Africa, those media moguls have rendered a shameful disservice to the people of Rhoodie’s country and mine.
Let’s have more opinions from sensible people like Rhoodie.
