Presley Homes Will Open Today in Laguna Hills

Quintessence, a community of single-family homes by Presley of Southern California, opens today at Nellie Gail Ranch in the Laguna Hills.

The three-, four- and five-bedroom homes, offering up to four baths, are being offered in five floor plans ranging in size from 2,915 to 4,346 square feet.

The 31 units in Phase 1 are priced from $339,000 to $425,000. Eventually 800 will be built.

Special features include cathedral ceilings, spiral staircases, game rooms, wet bars and fireplaces. Five models, decorated by Carole Eichen Interiors, and sales office are open for viewing daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at 26052 Spur Branch Lane.
