Syncor International, a Sylmar-based nuclear pharmaceutical supplier, said Michel Dupont resigned as a director. Dupont left last month because he took a new job with a firm in France that bars employees from holding outside directorships, the company said. His seat on Syncor’s nine-member board will be filled July 16, the company said.
