Micropolis, a Chatsworth disk-drive manufacturer, said E. E. Ferry, former president and chief executive of the American Electronics Assn., has been elected to its board of directors. Micropolis said Ferry will continue as vice chairman and director of the Palo Alto-based trade association, which represents electronics and computer-related firms.
