Florida Slayer Facing Execution for 4th Time

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. —
Gov. Bob Graham on Tuesday signed a fourth death warrant for a man convicted of killing a store owner in 1973. Willie Jasper Darden had been spared death last September by the U.S. Supreme Court. The earlier warrants were issued after stays of execution were lifted.
