A mask maker filed a lawsuit against 3M Corp.

The antitrust suit, filed in U.S. District Court in Los Angeles by Moldex Metric Inc., seeks more than $30 million in damages from Minnesota Mining & Manufacturing Co. in St. Paul, Minn. for allegedly attempting to monopolize the market for disposable respiratory masks through unfair competition.
