Work Starts on 477-Acre Vintage Park in Upland

Construction has started on the more than $175-million, 477-acre Vintage Industrial Park being developed by Upland Industries Corp. in Ontario.
A February completion is expected for the 400,000-square-foot warehouse of the first tenant, J & L Distribution Services, according to Chris Christman, director of real estate operations for Upland Industries, the Upland-based real estate unit of Union Pacific Corp.
The park, on the southwest corner of Jurupa Street and Etiwanda Avenue, is expected to have more than 7 million square feet of space upon completion, he added.
