Man Seized at White House

WASHINGTON — A 23-year-old Washington man was arrested Sunday after he drew a knife on a Secret Service officer who intervened as the man was arguing with a woman outside the White House, officials said. Secret Service spokesman Robert Snow identified the man as Robert Lee Hobbs. Hobbs was charged with assault with a deadly weapon, authorities said.
