Cannon and Gladden settled their dispute.

Terms included dismissal of Gladden Entertainment’s $100-million breach-of-contract complaint filed last May against Cannon Group and its top officers, Menahem Golan and Yoram Globus. The civil lawsuit in Los Angeles County Superior Court grew out of Cannon’s $275-million purchase earlier that month of London-based Thorn EMI Screen Entertainment, which co-financed Gladden films. The two movie companies are based in Los Angeles.
