Richard J. Bissett has been hired as senior vice president and manager of the real estate lending department of Pacific Inland Bank. The department is expected to account for a third of the bank’s activities, said John Britt, Pacific Inland’s president. Bissett, 57, had held a similar position with Valley Bank of Nevada in Las Vegas. He replaces James Clegren, who resigned last October.
