Five U.S. Army specialists arrived in Hanoi for another round of talks on the fate of nearly 1,000 U.S. servicemen missing in action in Vietnam. U.S. officials said the Americans will turn over substantial information on the missing to the Vietnamese, who predicted progress in this four-day session and in another round scheduled in October. The two sessions, technical in nature, are expected to focus on the recovery of remains at warplane crash sites. In all, 2,434 Americans are listed as missing in the region, 11 years after the end of the Vietnam War.
