Litton Industries Inc., Beverly Hills, named Gerald J. St. Pe a corporate senior vice president. He previously was a corporate vice president and president of Litton’s Ingalls Shipbuilding division.

Donald A. Lepore, head of Litton’s computer products group, and Gerald E. Pokorny, head of Litton’s electronic devices and materials group, have been elected corporate vice presidents.
