Seltzer Company Signs Lease for Industry Building

The Original New York Seltzer Co. has signed a five-year lease, valued at more than $1 million, with Majestic Realty Co. for a 52,000-square-foot facility in City of Industry to serve as the firm’s headquarters and distribution center for the western United States.

Scheduled for occupancy in October, the building is at 19445 E. Walnut Drive. The firm is presently based in Santa Fe Springs.

The Original New York Seltzer is a non-alcoholic beverage that comes in nine flavors.
