Cyanide Found in Kool-Aid From Martha’s Vineyard

BARNSTABLE, Mass. —
Cyanide was found in a canister of powdered Kool-Aid from Martha’s Vineyard a week after officials were warned of possible poisoning by an anonymous letter and removed the product from island markets, officials said Wednesday. The poisoned Kool-Aid was taken from a shelf in the island town of Oak Bluffs, officials said.
