A woman was arrested after she climbed the White House fence and jumped onto the lawn early today, Secret Service officials said.
Rosita Bourbon, 33, of New York City was apprehended immediately after using a wooden pallet to scale the northeast side of the fence at about 1:15 a.m., according to William Corbett, a spokesman for the Secret Service. She was carrying no weapons and did not explain her actions, he said.
