Westchester Condominiums Offer One or Two Bedrooms

Westchester House Condominiums, a 54-unit Mediterranean-style condominium complex, opens today in Westchester.

Forty-six two-bedroom units are available in four floor plans. Each unit has two bathrooms and ranges in size from 1,175 to 1,270 square feet. Prices range from $109,900 to $139,900.

Eight one-bedroom, one-bath units with about 1,000 square feet of living space are also available. Prices range from $92,900 to $112,900.

All units have a private balcony or patio, fireplace and laundry area. A recreation room, pool and spa are also on the site. The monthly homeowners fee is $118.

A sales office and three models are open from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily at 7001 S. La Cienega Blvd., reached from the La Tijera Boulevard exit of the San Diego (405) Freeway.
