Phoenix Office Space Use, Building Set Mark

Occupied office space in metropolitan Phoenix increased by 2.18 million square feet during the first half of 1986 but about twice as much, 4.27 million square feet of new space was added, according to a survey conducted by Del E. Webb Realty & Management Co.
