Costa Rica will seek a court order to deport Bohdan Koziy, a former Ukranian policemen wanted by the Soviet Union for allegedly killing Jews during World War II, Deputy Interior Minister Alvaro Ramos said. He said the United States also wants to question Koziy, but he did not specify when Koziy would be deported or to what country. Koziy, about 63, has been living in Costa Rica since Oct. 28, 1984, after being stripped of U.S. citizenship for giving false testimony on his immigration papers.
