First Interstate Bank of California is reorganizing its California branch structure, creating six semi-independent regional units.
Senior vice presidents Richard L. Barkhurst, 45; Richard W. Tappey, 46, and David C. Holman, 37, were appointed executive vice presidents and will head the Bay Area, Los Angeles Metro and Orange County-Inland divisions.
Three senior vice presidents were appointed to head the remaining three divisions. Alan Thompson, 38, will head the Central Valley division headquartered in Sacramento; Linnet Deily, 41, has been assigned to the Los Angeles North division headquartered in Glendale, and Henry M. Killmar, 40, will manage the new San Diego division.
