Heroin Cache Found

Police seized 38 pounds of heroin valued at $11.8 million and detained three Iranians in Spain’s biggest heroin haul, police said Tuesday. The heroin had been buried near a road on the southern outskirts of Madrid. Narcotics agents kept watch on the cache until the Iranians, all three in their late 20s and longtime local residents, appeared at the scene.
