San Clemente Ramada Inn Ownership Changed

The Ramada Inn in San Clemente’s Pico Plaza, at 35 Calle de Industrias, has been sold for $7.4 million to Chang Muk Yi and Jong Kum Yi, by Schriver-Lopez, a California general partnership. Sale of the 110-room facility, plus the Bombay Cafe was negotiated by Investors Sales, Newport Beach, for the sellers, and by Silver Star Realty, Garden Grove, for the buyers.
