Work Begun on Commerce Center in Oceanside

Site grading has begun for the first phase of Rancho Del Oro Commerce Center West, a $14-million industrial and retail showroom complex being developed by PlanVest Development Partners in Oceanside.

The 10.6-acre site is three miles east of the San Diego (I-5) Freeway, adjacent to the gateway of Rancho del Oro Technology Park, a 782-acre master-planned project under development on the south side of Oceanside Boulevard west of College Boulevard. When completed, the multitenant complex will feature 10 buildings, ranging in size from 11,000 to 15,600 square feet, for a total of 163,014 square feet of space.
