Financing Arranged

Permanent financing of $6.5-million has been arranged by First Interstate Mortgage Co., for Famco Investments, a limited partnership, through Northwestern National Life Insurance Co., for a five-story, multi-tenant structure at 977 N. Broadway, in Chinatown.
