Occupancy Rate Improves

The all-time low occupancy rate of 80% at the beginning of the year for industrial and research and development space in San Diego County improved to 82% during the second quarter and should reach 85% by the end of the year, according to James K. Stenderup of Grubb & Ellis in San Diego.
