Major Lease Signed for New Tech Center

Geodynamics Corp., a Santa Barbara-based research and development company, has signed a 10-year, $1.7-million lease to occupy 14,280 square feet of space in the second of two buildings that make up the santa Barbara Tech Center.

The new center at Ward Drive and Ekwill street is now 92% leased, according to Grubb & Ellis Commercial Brokerage Services which negotiated the lease both for Geodynamics and the center’s codevelopers, the Voit Cos. of woodland hills and the J. Bermant Development Co of Santa Barbara.
