2 Chula Vista Buildings Win Design Awards
Two high-tech industrial buildings in Greenwald/McDonald’s Marina Gateway Business Park have won 1985 design awards from the city of Chula Vista and the Chula Vista Chamber of Commerce. The competition drew 37 entries in seven categories.
The two winners are the $12-million, 102,000-square-foot research-and-development building occupied by Amex Systems Inc. and the $2-million, 27,000-square-foot Integrated Systems Analysts building. Both were recognized for overall excellence in the design category.
The 17-acre Marina Gateway Business Park is located just off Interstate 5 at the J Street exit.
