Raymond Johnson Jr., accused of hijacking a Miami-bound National Airlines plane to Cuba in 1968, was returned from Havana and arrested at Miami International Airport, the FBI said. Johnson, 39, was charged with air piracy and scheduled for a hearing today before a U.S. magistrate. The FBI gave no details of his life in Cuba.
