Five U.N. peacekeepers from Nepal were wounded in crossfire between Israeli-backed militiamen and Shia Muslim guerrillas in southern Lebanon, a U.N. official said. The militia repelled an attempt by pro-Iranian Islamic Resistance guerrillas to capture a hilltop post near Yater, a village just north of the Israeli border.
