Chino Home Models Open

Green Valley Estates, a 135-unit single-family development by Lewis Homes, in the Carbon Canyon section of Chino will open its four furnished models today. Homes offer three and four bedrooms, two, 2 1/2 and three baths in single- and two-story designs from 1,786 to 2,158 square feet, priced from $156,950 to $195,950. Occupancy is scheduled for mid-October.

All plans include three-car garages with automatic garage door openers, master suites with oval tubs plus separate stall showers, and tile roofs. Selected plans have master-suite retreats, step-down living rooms and two-story living/dining areas.

Models and the sales office are open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at 3124 Windsong Court. Green Valley Estates is reached by the Corona (71) Expressway to Carbon Canyon Road, then west two miles to Frost Drive and south one block.
