Reagan to Address U.N. Monday

WASHINGTON — President Reagan will fly to New York next Monday to address the U.N. General Assembly and confer with allied leaders and Secretary General Javier Perez de Cuellar, his spokesman announced today. Deputy Press Secretary Larry Speakes confirmed reports that Reagan will seek to restore full U.S. funding as part of his foreign assistance program.
