Just as you’re wondering how someone with Clinton’s musical and visual showmanship can come off so dull, the live segment ends and he blows you away with two amazing videos--”Atomic Dog” and “Double Oh Oh Bulletproof”--that are complex, witty, wild, politically pointed and, in one case, close-captioned for the funk-impaired.
