1 Man Hurt in Paris Explosion

PARIS — An explosion and fire seriously injured one man today in the basement of a Paris restaurant, officials said.
Although fire officials and police said they did not know the cause of the explosion at the restaurant La Champagne at the Place Clichy, they said they have no reason to believe that it was another terrorist bombing.
