Heather Thomas Has Surgery

Actress Heather Thomas, best known for her role opposite Lee Majors on television’s “The Fall Guy,” underwent “extensive plastic surgery” on her left leg at St. John’s Hospital in Santa Monica and was reported in stable condition today after being struck by a car in Brentwood.

Her physician, Dr. Steve Hoefflin, said Thomas suffered fractures in both legs and cuts and bruises in the accident. According to police, the actress was crossing San Vicente Boulevard, near Gorham Place, outside of a crosswalk when she was struck at about 5:40 p.m. Tuesday. The driver was not cited.
