Arcadia Police to Get Blue Uniforms
ARCADIA —
This city’s Police Department, the last in the San Gabriel Valley to change from tan uniforms to blue, will be outfitted in time for the Oak Tree race meet at Santa Anita in October.
The City Council has awarded a contract for uniforms to Louis the Tailor Inc. for $24,000. New uniforms will be provided for 58 employees.
The change to blue will leave only Sheriff’s Department deputies and Highway Patrol officers in tan uniforms.
