Actress Heather Thomas, best known for her role opposite Lee Majors on television’s “The Fall Guy,” underwent “extensive plastic surgery” on her left leg at St. John’s Hospital in Santa Monica after being struck by a car in Brentwood. She was reported in stable condition. Her physician, Dr. Steve Hoefflin, said Thomas suffered fractures in both legs and cuts and bruises, and further surgery is planned. Police said the 29-year-old actress was crossing San Vicente Boulevard near Gorham Place--outside of a crosswalk--when she was struck. The driver was not cited.
