Reagan to Visit Georgia, S. Dakota to Aid Senators

WASHINGTON — President Reagan will visit South Dakota on Sept. 29 and Georgia on Oct. 8 on behalf of James Abdnor (R-S. D.) and Mack Mattingly (R-Ga.), two first-term senators. The Abdnor and Mattingly campaigns announced the trips Tuesday. Both face tough Democratic opponents Nov. 4. Abdnor faces Rep. Thomas A. Daschle, and Mattingly faces Rep. Wyche Fowler Jr.
