13-Year-Old Crack Dealer Arrested in New York City

NEW YORK —
A 13-year-old boy who said he was offered $100 a day to sell crack was arrested after he sold two vials of the solidified cocaine to an undercover officer, police said Wednesday. He was charged with criminal sale of a controlled substance and juvenile delinquency.
