Pope Plans Trip to Six Nations

VATICAN CITY — Pope John Paul II will visit six nations in a two-week trip to Asia and Oceania Nov. 18 to Dec. 1, the Vatican announced today.
John Paul will stop in Bangladesh Nov. 19-20, spend a day in Singapore and then go on to the Fiji Islands Nov. 21-22. He will visit New Zealand Nov. 22-24 before making a weeklong tour of Australia through Dec. 1. He will then stop in the Seychelles before returning to Rome.
