La Habra : Leaf Blowers, Parking to Be Considered Tonight
Regulations on the use of leaf blowers and changes in residential-area parking rules will be the focus of a joint study session of the City Council and Planning Commission today, officials said.
City Clerk Katherine Adams said the council will also discuss the La Habra Boulevard Action Plan, which includes purchases of land parcels for construction of city parks. No regular council meeting is scheduled until Oct. 7.
The joint study session will begin at 7 p.m. in the City Hall Conference Room, 201 E. La Habra Blvd.
