P.V. Estates : Council Approves Budget

An $11.5-million budget for 1986-87, maintaining service at last year’s levels, was adopted this week by the City Council.
The budget includes funds to hire another police officer and to pay for two part-time police community services officers to act as liaisons between the Police Department and community groups and to provide crime-prevention education.
