Firm Signs 10-Year Lease

Applied Micro Circuit Corp. has signed a $12-million, 10-year lease for 100,000 square feet of space at Pacific Corporate Center in Sorrento Mesa, San Diego. Grubb & Ellis Commercial Brokerage Services represented both parties in the transaction.
