Dallas Firm Leads Annual Building Listing

The Trammell Crow Co. of Dallas, with more than 251.8 million square feet of commercial building space owned and/or managed, heads the list of development/management firms in the Fifth Annual Buildings Census.

The Prudential Realty Group of Newark, N.J., is second in size among census participants, with 219.1 million square feet.

Also surveyed were real estate departments of major corporations, third-party management firms and government and university buildings. The Marriott Corp of Washington, D. C., tops the list of corporate real estate departments, and Coldwell Banker Real Estate Management Services of Los Angeles is the largest census participant among third-party management firms.
