Thanks for Paris Tip

Thanks to Jerry Hulse’s travel column my mother, my daughter and I had a wonderful stay in Paris. We were the thrilled occupants of a two-bedroom apartment with a view of the Seine. This apartment with fireplace, washing machine (what a delight for our wardrobe), snacks, beer and wine was supplied by our host, Ray Lampard, for 600 francs (about $89) a night. We were given helpful hints on where to dine, finding the Metro, shopping, etc. We have traveled in Europe extensively, and this stay in Paris was one of our favorites.
