CBOE sounded the alarm on CBS options.
The Chicago Board Options Exchange said it notified the Securities and Exchange Commission of unusual trading activity in CBS Inc. stock options four times in the past year. According to published reports, questionable activity in the options occurred late last October, during two weeklong periods in February and one in March. The suspect trading coincided in some cases with developments in the takeover attempts by oilman Marvin Davis.
